When a handler appoints a claim to us through our API or admin portal, our engineers validate the customer-reported damage against the device on the day it arrives. 99% of appointed claims are validated and assessed within the same working day, so the handler can authorise repair or replacement immediately. We don't run a FNOL desk ourselves - we work on claims you've already taken.

Every repair we complete carries a 365-day warranty against the same fault recurring, covering both parts and labour. The original manufacturer warranty remains valid where applicable.

Yes. Our REST API accepts claim submissions, returns real-time milestone updates and powers an end-customer portal with live repair tracking. Integration is typically a few days of work and is supported by our engineering team.

Mobile phones (Apple, Samsung and all major brands), tablets (iPad, Galaxy Tab, Microsoft Surface), laptops, desktops, servers, smartwatches, drones and consoles. Specialist micro-soldering and data recovery are handled in-house.

All repairs are performed in our UK facility in Suffolk by in-house engineers. Free nationwide courier collection and next-day tracked return are included as standard.

We provide a like-for-like refurbished replacement within your policy autonomy limits, or quote for approval if the repair falls outside autonomy. Salvage handling and resale routes are also available.

Yes - every intake compares the device condition against the reported cause of loss and flags potential fraud indicators (mismatched damage, repeat claim patterns, salvage signatures). Fraud detection is included in the standard process at no extra cost.
